I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were as great as expected from the pictures we saw online, huge and perfectly designed with great views into the ocean. The service was so friendly and helpful, although some employees didn't speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. The location was ideal for a couple of weeks relaxation in Playa del Carmen, but it was a bit hard to find and far from restaurants and supermarkets. The dining experience was exceptional, with loads of delicious choices brought to the table, making it a much better concept than a buffet.

The service is top-notch, making guests feel like friends and going above-and-beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the location is a bit hard to find, not well-known to taxi drivers, and far from restaurants and supermarkets. The dining experience is superb with super tasty options. The hotel has a beautiful beach bar and a dining area covered in sand downstairs, while the main restaurant is set up upstairs with an infinity pool. The rooms are luxurious with extremely tasteful furniture and lovely bathrooms but some rooms were not in as nice shape as the others. The service is really friendly, from the ladies at reception to the servers at the beach club and rooftop, though the management may need more experience in running a five-star establishment. The hotel location, while nice and spacious, can be a bit hard to find, almost like going through a maze, and a bit remote from the noisy downtown Playa del Carmen.
